摘要 汽车空气进气管道的结构对空气进气量影响很大,文章以某品牌汽车的空气进气管道模型为研究对象,采用有限体积法离散滤波后的N-S方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型的方法进行定常数值模拟,模拟结果表明整流罩和挡板的引入改善了进气管道内部的流动状况,有助于空气通风性能的提升。研究结果将对汽车进气管道的结构优化设计提供依据。 The structure of the air intake duct of the automotive has a great influence on the amount of air ventilation, this paper takes the air intake duct model of a brand automobile as the research object, and uses the finite volume method to filter the NS equation and the standard κ-ε turbulence model. The simulation results show that the introduction of the fairing and baffle improves the flow inside the intake pipe and contributes to the improvement of air ventilation performance. The results will provide a basis for the structural optimization design of the automotive intake pipe.
