At present,automobile teachers in higher vocational colleges should pursue effective improvement of practical teaching ability and cultivate high-quality skilled practical talents on the basis of ensuring high-quality teaching.Therefore,in this paper,it is necessary to establish a"double-qualified"teacher system for automobile major in higher vocational colleges.
