摘要 共享汽车出行高效、绿色、环保的特征,有效缓解了因燃油机动车大量增加而带来的环境压力。目前,我国汽车共享出行服务行业正处于发展初期,经历了从行业扩张到行业洗牌的发展阶段。文章基于以"用户为中心"的理念,通过在行业现状分析的基础上,从定位目标用户群体、完善出行服务供给和实现资产由"重"转"轻"三个角度,构建共享汽车平台经营体系,对解决当下企业发展困境,帮助企业制定发展策略等具有重要意义。 Sharing the characteristics of high efficiency, green and environmental protection of automobile travel effectively alleviates the environmental pressure caused by the increase of fuel vehicles. At present, the automobile shared travel service industry in China is in the early stage of development, which has gone through the development stage from the expansion of the industry to the reshuffle of the industry. Based on the concept of "user-centered", based on the analysis of the present situation of the industry, this paper is of great significance to solve the dilemma of enterprise development and to help enterprises formulate development strategies from three angles: positioning the target user group, perfecting the supply of travel services and realizing the change of assets from "heavy" to "light".
