H1N1甲型流感病毒性肺炎的CT表现

The CT features of HIN1 influenza

目的探讨甲型H1N1流感肺炎的CT特点,以提高对本病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2017年12月~2018年1月我院经临床证实且住院治疗的26例甲型H1N1流感患者的临床资料,治疗前行胸部CT检查者,观察病变的CT表现特点。结果胸部CT阴性者2例,阳性者24例。24例甲型H1N1流感肺炎主要表现为间质性肺炎的特点,多为双肺弥漫分布的磨玻璃状、斑片状密度增高影,边界较清,以肺野外带为著,常伴小叶间隔增厚及空气支气管征。结论甲型H1N1流感肺炎的CT表现具有特征性,CT能为甲型H1N1肺炎的诊断提供影像学依据,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To explore CT features of HIN1 influenza,in order to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of influenza A(H1N1)pneumonia confirmed and hospitalized in our hospital from December 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.In addition,the CT features of the lesions were observed in the workstations of the patients who underwent chest CT examination before treatment.Results There were 2 negative cases and 24 positive cases.Influenza A(H1N1)pneumonia is mainly the characteristics of interstitial pneumonia,appeared as grinding glassy,patchy clouding opacity with clear boundary and mainly involving the lung periphery,moreover,it is often accompanied by thickening of interlobular septum and air bronchogram.Conclusion The CT findings of Influenza A(H1N1)pneumonia are characteristic,which can provide important imaging basis for the diagnosis of A(H1N1)pneumonia and is highly accurate.
