摘要 目的专科医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是在住院医师规范化培训基础上进一步培养专科卫生人才的必经途径。专科医师的培养是全面的、综合的,其中医学知识、临床技能通过反复练习能取得明显的改善和提高,属于学习中的“显性部分”,而团队合作、沟通与协调、自我管理与职业精神等“隐性部分”就比较难测量和评估。本研究致力于开发一系列科学合理、可操作性强的专科医师胜任力评价指标,探索建立以胜任力为导向的专科医师规范化培训体系。方法通过文献分析法了解胜任力理论及国内外专科医师胜任力培养模式,利用半结构访谈法对专科医师胜任力评价指标体系基本框架和内涵进行咨询,通过问卷调查法、专家咨询法对指标体系进行修改和完善。结果最终形成7项一级指标、31项二级指标,并确立各级指标的权重系数。结论专科医师胜任力评价指标能体现专科医师胜任力的本质特征,为培训部门的科学管理提供依据,为优化培训方法提供借鉴。 Objective The standardized training of specialists is an important part of graduate medical education,and it is an essential way to train specialists after residency training.Specialists need overall competencies include explicit abilities,such as medical knowledge,clinical skills which are easy to be improved by practice,then the tacit abilities,such as teamwork spirit,communication and cooperation skills,self-management abilities,professionalism which are difficult to be measured and evaluated.The aim of this research is to develop a series of reasonable competency indicators to explore a competency-based standardized training system for specialists.Methods Literature review was used to study the competency theory and competency-based training mode of specialists at home and abroad.This paper specified the framework of specialist competencies and analysed the connotation of each items by the method of semi-structured interview.Re-analyse and re-modify the indicators in line with the results of the questionnaires and expert opinions.Results It finally formed 7 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators with weight coefficient.Conclusion The evaluation index embodies the essential characteristics of specialist competencies,and it provides a reference for training departments to improve their management and optimize the specialist training program.
