PBL联合CBL教学法在眼科临床教学中的应用

Application of PBL Combined with CBL Teaching Method in Ophthalmology Clinical Teaching

目的评估以思维导图为基础的两种教学法联合——基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合基于案例的教学法(case-based learning,CBL),在眼科学实习教学中的效果。方法选定160名学制为五年的临床医学专业实习生为研究对象,该批次全部学生于2016年9月—2018年12月进入空军军医大学第二附属医院眼科科室开始实习。研究对象包括研究组与对照组两组,分别为80人,在实习过程中分别予以基于思维导图的两种教学方式相结合的方式和普通常规教学方式的处理,并对教学效果与学生的满意程度进行比较分析。结果相对于对照组,研究组学员对实习教学表示满意的人数更多,而对实习教学表示不满意的人数更少。研究组学员在包括病例分析等多个考核方面得分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的PBL联合CBL教学法显著提高了学生满意度及临床实习效果。

Objective To evaluate the combination effect of two teaching methods based on mind mapping,namely,problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL),in the teaching practice of clinical ophthalmology.Methods A total of 160 clinical medical professional interns with a five-year academic system were selected.All students began their internship in the Department of Ophthalmology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from September to February 2016.The research objects were divided into the research group and the control group,with 80 students each.In the internship process,the two teaching methods based on mind mapping were combined with the common teaching methods,and the teaching effect and students satisfaction were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the study group members were more satisfied with the internship teaching and were less unsatisfied with the internship teaching.The scores of study group were higher in multiple assessments including case analysis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method based on mind mapping significantly improves student satisfaction and clinical practice.
