目的探索护理人文建设举措,有效提升军队医院优质护理服务质量。方法结合军队医院服务宗旨,实施护理人文建设系列措施,培养护理人员关怀能力,践行护理人员自我关怀,深化为军服务关怀行为。结果医院在建设特色人文护理团队、构建磁性人文工作环境、提升官兵服务满意度等方面,取得良好成效。结论加强护理人文建设,有利于推动军队医院优质护理服务内涵发展,有效提升官兵就医获得感。

Objective To explore the measures of nursing humanities construction and effectively heighten the quality of nursing service in military hospitals.Methods Combine with the purpose of military hospital service,implement a series of measures of nursing humanities construction,to train the caring abilities,practice self-care of nursing staff,and deepen the caring behaviors for military service.Results Our hospital has achieved good results in building characteristic humanistic nursing team,and has built the magnetic humanistic working environment and improved the satisfaction of the soldiers.Conclusion Strengthening the construction of nursing humanities is conductive to promote the development of high-quality nursing service in military hospital and effectively improve the sense of medical treatment for soldiers.
