摘要
潮间带风电场桩基施工和风机安装施工必须根据当地的水文地质情况采用不同的船舶机械和施工工艺。以某项目为例,分析潮间带风电场的水文地质资料,对将半潜驳改造成风机安装专用船的可行性进行了分析。对半潜驳改造为专用潮间带风电场施工船组进行了作用力分析和稳定性校核,结合潮间带风机安装施工经验,探讨了风机安装专用船施工作业时风机安装的技术要点和安全措施,避免了浮动产生的设备摇晃和吊装过程中的撞击风险,论证了半潜驳坐底风机安装法的可行性,为潮间带风电施工的工程实践提供参考。
The construction of pile foundation and wind turbine installation in intertidal wind power plant must adopt different ship machinery and construction technology according to local hydrogeological conditions. Taking a project as an example, the hydrogeological data of intertidal wind farms were analyzed, and the feasibility of transforming semi-submersible barge into special vessel for wind turbine installation was analyzed. The force analysis and stability checks of the special intertidal wind farm construction vessel group transformed by semi-submersible barge were carried out. Combined with the experience of installation and construction of intertidal wind turbines, the technical points and safety measures for wind turbine installation during the construction of special vessel were discussed. The risk of equipment shaking caused by floating and collision during the lifting process was avoided, the feasibility of wind turbine installation method on the semi-submersible bottom was proved.It can provide a reference for the engineering practice of intertidal wind power construction.
