诸新叠加时代普通高中教师资源配置的失衡与优化 被引量:3

摘要 当下,我国的普通高中已经进入新目标、新育人、新任务、新期盼、新普及、新课改、新高考、新技术、新教师、新减负、新生育、新退休、新治理等诸新叠加时代。诸新交织在一起导致了普通高中教师资源配置处于失衡姿态:总量亟待扩大、存量活力不足、增量供需脱节、储量亟需丰富、质量尚待提升。有针对性地采取扩大总量、盘活存量、严控增量、丰富储量、提升质量等,已经成为诸新叠加时代优化配置普通高中教师资源行之有效的重要举措。 At present,high schools in our country have entered a new era of superposition of new goals,new education,new tasks,new expectations,new popularization,new curriculum reform,new entrance examination,new technology,new teachers,new burden reduction,new birth,new retirement and new governance.All these have led to the unbalanced allocation of teachers'resources in high schools:the total amount needs to he expanded urgently;the stock is not vigorous enough;the incremental supply and demand are disconnected;the reserves need to be enriched;and the quality needs to be improved.Taking pertinent measures to expand the total volume,revitalizing the stock,strictly controlling the increments,enriching the reserves and improving the quality have become the effective measures to optimize the allocation of teachers*resources in high schools in the new era.
