论教师教育综合化的路径异化与初心回归 被引量:3

摘要 教师教育综合化是新时代我国教师教育能力建设的重大举措,其本意是“双高”综合化、内融综合化、足够教师教育向心力的综合化以及基于本土教师教育实践关怀的综合化。在现实运行中,我国教师教育综合化遭遇着四重异化路径的考验,分别是教师教育地位边缘化、功利化综合化、借壳式综合化与办学同质化。面向未来,应坚持“三保原则”,即保持师范教育的主体性与合理伸缩度,保持教师教育事业的定力,以及保持“教师教育力”的持续增长,守住教师教育综合化的边界,为我国教师教育综合化改革保驾护航。 Comprehensive teacher education is the important measure taken in the construction of teacher education ability in the new era of China.Its original intention is the comprehensiveness of "double high",the comprehensiveness of internal integration,the comprehensiveness enough for the centripetal force of teacher education and the comprehensiveness of practical care of indigenous teacher education.In the actual operation,the comprehensive teacher education in China is faced with four challenges of path alienation,i.e.the status marginalization of teacher education,the comprehensiveness of utilitarianism,the comprehensiveness of skeuomorphism and the homogenization of school running.Looking at the future,we should stick to the"principle of three maintains",i.e.maintaining the subjectivity and extension of normal education,maintaining the composure of teacher educational cause,and maintaining the continuous growth of "teacher educational force".And we should also defend the boundary of comprehensive teacher education,convoying the reform of comprehensive teacher education.
