摘要 鼠疫是一种人兽共患的烈性传染病,历史上曾给人类带来了巨大灾难,但是随着全基因测序的完成,我们对鼠疫有了更全面的了解,这为我们探寻引起其发生发展的因素提供了平台。本文通过对SNP分析的特征、应用条件及其在耶尔森氏鼠疫菌方面的研究进展进行综述,为今后鼠疫的暴发流行的追踪溯源研究提供相关信息,也为鼠疫的监测及防控提供理论依据。 Plague is a severe zoonotic infectious disease.,which has brought great disasters to human beings in history.With the completion of full-gene sequencing of Yersinia pestis,we have a more comprehensive understanding of plague to further explore the factors causing its occurrence and development.In this paper,the characteristics,application conditions and the research progress of SNP analysis in strains of Yersinia pestis were summarized,providing relevant information for the traceability of the outbreak of plague,as well as theoretical basis for the surveillance and control of plague.
