The Problems and Solutions in Postgraduate Education in Universities

当前,普通高校研究生培养存在优质生源不足、师生关系复杂、科研能力不足等问题。高校应从学校和导师层次提升生源竞争力,建立互相成就的师生关系,多角度完善研究生科研能力的培养方法等方面开展好研究生的培养工作。

At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of postgraduates in universities,such as insufficient source of high-quality students,complex teacher-student relationship and insufficient scientific research ability.Universities should carry out postgraduate education by such three aspects as enhancing the competitiveness of stu-dent source in terms of the hierarchy of supervisors and schools,establishing mutually successful teacher-student relationship and improving the training methods of graduate students’scientific research ability.
