摘要 国外本科教育创新人才的培养课程呈现以学生为主体的综合化发展趋势,培养环境具有多重性。然而,我国本科教育创新人才培养面临着经验性差异带来的基础性问题和体育创新人才培养不足的挑战。我们应该借鉴国外本科教育创新人才培养的经验,注重培养学生学习的主体性、学习的思维模式以及注重与环境契合的创新人才发展机制。 The training curriculum of innovative talents in undergraduate education abroad presents the compre-hensive development trend of students as subject and the training environment has multiple characteristics.However,the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents in China is facing the basic problems caused by the difference of experience and the challenge of inadequate cultivation of innovative sports talents.We should draw lessons from the experience of undergraduate innovative talents training abroad and pay attention to the cultivation of students’learning subjectivity,learning mode of thinking and development mechanism of innovative talents in line with the environment.
