Opening up the Micro-era of Party-Member Training for Graduate Students in Medical Colleges

现阶段临床医学专业学位研究生党员培养存在入党动机功利化、理论知识学习松懈和工作路径亟待改进的问题。新时代临床医学研究生党员培养工作要借助“微平台”明确入党动机、创新考核模式;研发线上学习,推动自主学习模式;增强实效管理,着力开展特色工作。

Currently there are some problems in the cultivation of Party members for postgraduates of clinical medicine specialty,such as utilitarian motivation of the membership,lax learning of theoretical knowledge and urgent improvement of working path.In the new era,as for the cultivation of Party members for postgraduates of clinical medicine specialty we should clarify the motivation of Party membership and innovate assessment mode by means of“micro-platform”;develop online learning to promote self-learning mode;strengthen effective management and focus on the development of characteristic work.
