摘要
高职院校思想政治工作者自我的责任担当是新时代矛盾变化的外在要求,体现了马克思主义信仰责任的内在追求和教育者教育责任的社会需求,也是教育者个体自我价值的展现。高职院校思想政治工作者开展责任担当教育的路径是:强化新时代意识,呼唤高职大学生直面问题的责任担当;弘扬新时代榜样,引领高职大学生树立责任担当的正确价值取向;重塑社会责任主体意识,以劳动尊严观教育引领高职生成为未来社会合格劳动者;注重理论与实践的结合,让高职生在积极政治认同中乐于为社会奉献;以文化人,使大学生在文化自信教育中形成新时代合格人格。
The responsibility-taking of ideological and political workers in vocational colleges is the external requirement of the contradiction and change in the new era,which embodies the inherent pursuit of Marxist belief responsibility and the social demand of educators’educational responsibility,as well as the display of educators’indi-vidual self-value.The paths for ideological and political workers in vocational colleges to carry out responsibility-taking education include:strengthening the awareness of the new era to call on students in vocational colleges to face up to problems and take responsibility;carrying forward the new era model to lead the college students to establish the correct value orientation of responsibility-taking;remolding the subjective consciousness of social responsibility to lead them with the concept of labor-dignity education to become qualified workers in the future;focusing on the combination of theory and practice to make them willing to contribute to the society in the positive political identification;making them develop the qualified personality in the new era through the cultural persons in the cultural self-confidence education.
