摘要
对话主义哲学认为,人的本质是关系,关系的本质是对话。从“本体论视角”“关系性思维”出发,教师展开面向学生的平等性对话、面向课程的生成性对话、面向教师共同体的合作性对话以及面向自我的反思性对话,是实现教师全面自由发展的必由之路。
Dialogism philosophy holds that the essence of human being is relationship and that of relationship is dialogue.From the perspective of ontology and relational thinking,it is the only way to realizing the allround and free development of teachers for teachers to carry out equal dialogue for students,generative dialogue for curriculum,cooperative dialogue for teachers’community and reflective dialogue for themselves.
