摘要
结合工程实例,通过分析基坑的工程和水文地质条件以及本工程支护方案;采用理论值和实测值对比的分析方法,对基坑降水引起的基坑周边建(构)筑物沉降进行理论求算和监测分析:研究了基坑降水对周边建(构)筑物沉降的影响、并提出了在基坑降水过程中,用于求解基坑周边建(构)筑物为条形基础时沉降的理论计算方法。得出本工程支护措施合理、文中提出的理论计算公式可行等结论,为基坑领域求解基坑周边建(构)筑物为条形基础时的沉降值提供可靠理论依据。
Combining with engineering examples, the hydrogeological conditions and the supporting scheme of a foundation pit engineering was analyzed. The settlement of surrounding buildings(structures) caused by foundation pit dewatering is theoretically calculated and monitored by using the analysis method which compared the theoretical value with measured value. The effect of foundation pit dewatering on surrounding buildings(structures) is studied. The influence of building settlement and the theoretical calculation method for solving the settlement of buildings around the foundation pit when they are strip foundations in the process of foundation pit dewatering are put forward. It is concluded that the supporting measures of this project are reasonable and the theoretical calculation formula proposed in this paper is feasible, which provides a theoretical formula for solving the settlement value of the surrounding buildings(structures) of the foundation pit when they are strip foundations in the field of foundation pit.
