摘要
根据我国检测鉴定领域技术特点和实际需要,以砖砌体结构为基础,提出了以BIM技术为核心的技术架构、系统流程。以Revit软件为平台,自主开发了检测鉴定的相关功能和参数信息,形成了一套适用于检测鉴定工作的BIM模型建模方法,研发了BIM检测鉴定数据处理体系,并在实际工程中进行探索。为BIM技术全寿命周期的实现提供技术支持和经验保证。
According to the technical characteristics and actual needs in the field of inspection and appraisal in China, based on brick masonry structure, the technical framework and system flow with BIM technology as the core are proposed. Based on the Revit software, the related functions and parameter information of inspection and appraisal are independently developed,and a set of BIM model modeling methodssuitable for inspection and appraisal workis developed.The BIM data processing system is developed and applied in practical engineering. Provide technical support and experience guarantee for the realization of BIM technology life cycle.
