Al2O3-无定形碳复合包覆天然石墨的制备与性能研究

摘要 本文针对天然石墨在锂离子电池中首次效率低、循环性能差的问题,开发出Al2O3和无定形碳复合包覆技术,制备了Al2O3-无定形碳包覆天然石墨。结果表明:天然石墨包覆Al2O3-无定形碳后,首次效率提高,满充阳极极片热稳定性提高,全电池循环和日历寿命提高。 Aiming at the problem of low initial efficiency and poor cycling performance of natural graphite in lithium ion battery,the composite coating technology of Al2O3and amorphous carbon was developed,and natural graphitewith composite coating layer was prepared.The results show that the initialefficiency,thermal stability,cycle life and calendar life of full-filled anode sheet are improved after natural graphite coated with Al2O3-amorphous carbon.
