摘要
为了更加精确的掌握变速器所处的运行状态,变速器的振动与噪声信息成为了一项重要评价指标。基于信号处理技术的故障诊断方法越来越受到人们的关注。文章分析了几种常见信号处理方法及研究现状。重点对故障诊断常用的时频分析法进行了阐述。
In order to grasp the running state of the gearbox more accurately,the vibration and noise information of the gearbox has become an important evaluation index.Fault diagnosis based on signal processing technology has attracted more and more attention.This paper analyzes several common signal processing methods and research status.The time-frequency analysis method commonly used in fault diagnosis is expounded.
