摘要
质子交换膜(PEM)是质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的核心组成部件之一,但目前唯一商用的全氟磺酸型质子交换膜在价格和环保两方面存在天然劣势。可以说燃料电池用质子交换膜的市场化和产业化程度还很不完善,这也成为阻碍PEMFC大规模应用的重要原因之一。本文从全氟磺酸型质子交换膜入手,介绍了这种膜的研发技术和产业现状,并针对其劣势介绍了PEM研发技术的发展方向,即部分氟化质子交换膜、无氟质子交换膜和复合膜及各自商业化应用代表。最后展望了燃料电池用质子交换膜巨大的市场前景。
Proton exchange membrane(PEM)is one of the core components of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),but there is a natural disadvantage in terms of price and environmental protection of the only commercially available perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane.It can be said that the marketization and industrialization of proton exchange membrane for fuel cell is still very imperfect,which has become one of theobstacles large-scale application of PEMFC.This paper introduces the research and development technology and industry status of perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane.And in view of its disadvantages,the development directions of PEM R & D technology which includes partially fluorinated proton exchange membranes,fluorine-free proton exchange membranes and composite membranes as well as their respective commercial applicationsare introduced.Finally,the market prospect of proton exchange membrane for fuel cell is forecasted.
