摘要
多端柔性直流系统在可再生能源、孤岛供电方面有显著优势,为保障柔性直流电网的安全运行,需要研究能够在毫秒内开断故障电流的高压直流断路器。根据南澳±160 kV柔性直流系统对高压直流断路器的开断参数需求,采用基于耦合负压回路的高压直流断路器拓扑设计,提出了一种低杂散电感的电力电子支路串联拓扑结构。通过对电力电子支路阀串的关键器件及串联结构设计进行校核分析,完成了电力电子支路阀串的模块化设计,通过断路器集成整体的抗震分析验证了各部件的设计强度,最终设计出了基于耦合负压回路的±160 kV高压直流断路器样机。
Flexible multi-terminal DC system has significant advantages in terms of renewable energy and island power supply.To ensure the safe operation of flexible DC grid,it is necessary to research and develop a high-voltage DC circuit breaker capable of breaking the fault current in milliseconds.In this study,a low-stray inductance power electronic branch series topology is proposed based on the breaking parameters of the high voltage DC circuit breaker used in South Australia±160 kV flexible DC system with the introduction of high voltage DC circuit breaker topology design based on coupled negative voltage circuit.After the checking analysis of key components and series structure design of valve string in power electronic branch,the modular design of power electronic branch valve string is completed,and after the verification of design strength of each parts by seismic analysis of integrated circuit breaker,the designing of±160 kV high voltage DC circuit breaker prototype based on coupled negative voltage circuit is completed.
