Design of Measurement and Calibration Public Service Platform for Agricultural Equipment Industry

农机装备行业中部分企业的检测设备、在线生产关键设备计量校准不完整或未校准。其原因一方面是企业计量管理意识欠缺;另一方面是按照现行计量校准工作模式存在一定的计量供给能力不足,量值溯源不能满足企业实际需求和科技创新的需求等。通过建立农机装备行业计量校准公共服务平台,既能帮助企业进行计量器具管理,又能使校准机构实时获取企业计量溯源需求,同时还可实现校准服务零延迟。

In the agricultural equipment industry,the testing equipment and key online production equipments in enterprises are incomplete calibrated or not calibrated.On the one hand,there is a lack of enterprise management awareness,on the other hand,there is a certain shortage of calibration supply capacity according to the current calibration work mode,and the quantity traceability cannot meet the actual needs of the enterprises and scientific and technological innovation.The paper establishes a public service platform for measurement and calibration in agricultural equipment industry,and which can help the enterprises to manage the measuring instruments,help the calibration institutions to obtain the real-time requirement of quantity traceability in enterprises,and achieve zero-time delay in calibration services.
