Design and Application of Torque Control Auxiliary Device for Tractor Spin-on Filter Element

拖拉机液压系统过滤器(旋装滤芯)由于采用手动拧紧的装配方式,在市场上出现了滤芯松脱的质量问题。为验证问题根源,从根本上解决此类问题,设计了一种旋装滤芯扭矩控制辅助装置。将此装置套在滤芯上并将装置上的抱箍拧紧,配合扭矩扳手和套头使用,可精确控制滤芯的拧紧力矩,起到防松作用,消除质量隐患。

The tractor hydraulic system filter(spin-on filter element)has the quality problem of filter element loosening in the market due to the manual tightening assembly method.In order to verify the root of the problem and fundamentally solve such problems,an auxiliary device for torque control of spin-on filter element is designed.The device is sleeved on the filter element and the hoop on the device is tightened.When the device is used in conjunction with torque wrench and sleeve head,the tightening torque of the filter element can be accurately controlled to play an anti-loosening role and eliminate potential quality hazards.
