创新人才培养是新时代国家教育方针的重要战略谋划,普通高校作为人才培养的阵地,把人才培养过程和体系进行有效的整合与前置,是人才培养创改的必然趋势。以基于工作过程系统化的事物发展演变原理,对体育教育专业创新人才培养体系的基本理念、特质、课程设置体系、实践教学体系、教学团队及就业路径等方面进行分析与论证,符合培养体育教师岗位情境的诸多要求,是体育教育专业改革的新动向,最终目的是培养出适应社会需求并具有创新能力的体育专业人才。

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important strategic plan of the national education policy in the new era.As the position of talent cultivation,the effective integration and pre-positioning of the process and system of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities is the inevitable trend of talent cultivation innovation.Systematic talent training system based on work process meets many requirements of job situation and is a new trend of education and teaching reform in the new era.Based on the principle of systematic development and evolution of work process,this paper analyses and demonstrates the basic idea,characteristics,curriculum design of learning field and learning situation,practical teaching system,teaching team and employment path of innovative talents training system of physical education specialty,aiming at cultivating sports professionals with innovative ability and adapting to social needs.
