检察环节智能办案辅助系统应用研究

Research on Application of Intelligent Case Handling System in Inspection

2018年1月,最高人民检察院印发了《最高人民检察院关于深化智慧检务建设的意见》,明确提出智慧检务建设重大战略,谋划了全国四级检察院智慧检务建设的路线图。当前检察机关适用的几种刑事案件辅助办案系统各有特色,都体现了刑事案件智能办案辅助系统的本质是一种确保统一司法尺度的标准化智能控制模式。未来刑事检察业务发展对辅助办案系统提出了很高的要求,需要进一步整合现有司法资源,顶层设计贴近一线实务需求的架构设计和解决方案。

In January 2018,the Supreme People’s Procuratorate issued the“Opinions of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on Deepening the Wisdom Inspection Construction”,clearly proposing a major strategy for the construction of smart quarantine,and planning a road map for the construction of the wisdom inspection service of the four-level procuratorate.At present,the auxiliary case handling system of criminal case applied by the procuratorial organs have their own characteristics,but they all reflect the essence of the intelligent case-handling assistance system for criminal cases,which is a standardized intelligent control mode that ensures the uniform judicial standards.The development of criminal prosecution services in the future puts high demands on the auxiliary case handling system.It is necessary to further integrate the existing judicial resources and the architectural design and solutions that the top-level design is close to the first-line practical requirements.
