变革与新生:基于众包的自组织协同知识建构研究——面向深度学习的课堂教学结构化变革研究之一 被引量:20

摘要 相比静态、封闭的概念图知识组织方式,众包具有开放式、协同共建、自主进化等特点,强化自组织学习方式,贡献集体智慧力量,实现知识动态建构。基于自组织理论和知识建构理论,众包模型是一种变革传统学习方式、新生知识建构方法论,包括自组织协同知识建构与众包机制。在准实验环境下,采用卡方独立性检验、T检验、访谈等方法,对众包机制、众包自组织协同知识建构及众包过程结果进行实证分析。结果表明,实验组学生对众包激励和质量控制机制的满意度较高,参加知识创造的实验组学生在学习成绩、详细指标等方面均优于参加知识学习的控制组学习,对女生成绩影响效果尤为显著。研究成果有助于学生成为自主学习者、积极协作者和创意贡献者,提升学生的自组织能力和学习参与度,促进深层知识建构。 Compared with the previous static and closed concept map knowledge organization method,crowdsourcing has the characteristics of open,collaborative construction and independent evolution.It can not only strengthen the self-organizing learning method,but also give full play to the collective wisdom to realize the dynamic construction of knowledge.Based on self-organization theory and knowledge construction theory,crowdsourcing model is a methodology that changes traditional learning methods and new knowledge construction,including self-organization collaborative knowledge construction and crowdsourcing mechanism.In the quasi-experimental environment,the crowdsourcing mechanism,crowdsourcing self-organizing collaborative knowledge construction and crowdsourcing process results were empirically analyzed by using chi-square independence test,T test,interview and other methods.The results showed that students in the experimental group were satisfied with crowdsourcing incentive and quality control mechanism.Students in the experimental group who participated in knowledge creation were better than those in the control group in terms of academic performance and detailed indicators,especially the effect on girls’performance was more significant.The research results help students become independent learners,active collaborators and creative contributors,improve students’self-organizing ability and learning participation,and promote the construction of deep knowledge.
