门诊药房处方实时审核在强化管理中的应用

Application of Real-time Audit and Strengthening Management of Outpatient Pharmacy Prescription

目的探讨门诊药房处方实时审核强化管理的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年全年我院收治的700例门诊处方作为常规处方管理组;2018年全年在2017年门诊处方制度的基础上,对于处方的管理方面加强审核强化管理,随机选取该阶段的700例门诊处方作为实时审核强化管理组。比较两组错误率及现场点评情况。结果实时审核强化管理组在药物品种、剂量错误等方面的总错误率8.3%低于常规处方管理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实时审核强化管理组的处方审核所需要的时间较之短于常规处方管理组所需要的时间、科室人员工作时间缩短和科室开小差次数少于常规处方管理组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对门诊药房处方进行实施审核强化管理后,处方的错误率有效降低,提高了科室人员工作效率,临床效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of realtime audit and strengthening management of outpatient pharmacy prescriptions. Methods A total of 700 outpatient prescriptions admitted to our hospital in 2017 were selected as the routine prescription management group. On the basis of the 2018 outpatient prescription system in 2017, the management of prescriptions was strengthened and the management was strengthened. The 700 at this stage was randomly selected. The outpatient prescription is used as a real-time auditing and strengthening management group. Compare the error rate and onsite reviews of the two groups. Results The total error rate of the realtime audit and enhanced management group in drug variety and dose error was 8.3%(58/700), which was significantly lower than that of the conventional prescription management group(P<0.05). The time required for the real-time review of the enhanced management group’s prescription review was shorter than that required by the regular prescription management group, the department staff’s working time was significantly shortened, and the department’s opening time was less than the conventional prescription management group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion After the implementation of the examination and management of the outpatient pharmacy prescription, the error rate of the prescription is effectively reduced, the work efficiency of the department staff is improved, and the clinical effect is obvious.
