2种方式治疗糖尿病合并踝关节骨折临床效果评价分析 被引量:1

Evaluation and Analysis of Clinical Effect of Two Methods in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Ankle Fracture

摘要 目的探讨经皮加压空心螺钉内固定对糖尿病合并踝关节骨折的疗效及Kofoed评分影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年6月我院收治的80例糖尿病合并踝关节骨折患者,按随机表法分为对照组(采取切开复位内固定治疗)与研究组(采取经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗)各40例。对比两组患者治疗优良性、骨折愈合时间、Kofoed评分及空腹血糖指标。结果两组患者的治疗优良性差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组患者的骨折愈合时间低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者治疗后的Kofoed评分及空腹血糖指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论与传统切开复位内固定治疗相比,经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗的实施可有效缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,促进其骨折功能的愈合,且将有利于稳定其血糖指标。 Objective To study the effect of internal fixation on the fracture of diabetic patients with ankle joint and the effect of the Kofoed score. Methods From February 2018 to June 2019, 80 patients with diabetes andankle fracture were treated in our hospital, and 40 cases were divided into control group(with open reduction and internal fixation treatment) and the study group(by percutaneous compression hollow screw internal fixation). The treatment of benign, fracture healing time, Ketoed score and fasting blood glucose index were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference in the treatment of the two groups, P>0.05, and the fracture healing in the study group. The time was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the Kofoed score and fasting blood glucose index of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional open reduction and internal fixation, the application of percutaneous compression hollow screw internal fixation can effectively shorten the fracture healing time, promote the healing of fracture function, and will be beneficial to stabilize its blood glucose index.
