盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets in Treating Moderate and Severe Cancer Pain

目的研究盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的效果。方法研究纳入2017年1月-2018年12月收治的110例中重度癌痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组55例采用硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组55例采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗。将两组的镇痛效果、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果观察组中重度癌痛患者治疗后的VAS评分和不良反应发生率均低于对照组,疼痛总缓解率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片应用在中重度癌痛患者中具有良好的镇痛效果,且用药安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods This study included 110 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain admitted from January 2017 to December 2018, and was divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 55 patients in the control group were treated with morphine sulfate sustained release tablets, and 55 patients in the observation group were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets. The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results VAS scores and incidence of adverse reactions of patients with severe cancer pain after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total pain relief rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets have a good analgesic effect in patients with moderate and severe cancer pain, and the drug safety is high.
