风险因素护理对ICU患者住院期间护理不良事件的影响

Effect of Risk Factors Nursing on Adverse Nursing Events in Patients With ICU During Hospitalization

目的探析ICU患者接受风险因素护理对其住院期间护理不良事件的影响,以期为临床相关研究提供可靠的指导。方法纳入2018年9月-2019年2月本院ICU接收的90例患者,按照随机化原则均分成参照组和试验组,参照组患者(n=45)接受常规护理,试验组患者(n=45)在常规护理的基础上加用风险因素护理。比较两组不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果试验组不良事件发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险因素护理用于ICU患者中有利于控制风险因素,减少住院期间不良事件,密切护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of risk incidents nursing on adverse nursing events in patients with ICU during hospitalization in order to provide reliable guidance for clinical related research. Methods The 90 patients received in the ICU from September 2018 to February 2019 were divided into the reference group and the test group according to the randomized principle, and the patients in the reference group(n = 45) were treated with routine nursing, the patients in the test group were treated with risk factors nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and there was a statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk factors nursing in ICU patients is beneficial to control risk factors, reduce adverse events during hospitalization, and close nurse-patient relationship.
