自我效能护理在泌尿系结石术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Self-efficacy Nursing Intervention in Patients With Urinary Calculi After Operation

目的探讨自我效能护理干预在泌尿系结石术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月在本院接受手术治疗的泌尿系结石患者235例,将其按照入院的先后顺序分成研究组118例和对照组117例,对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者进行自我效能护理干预,使用GSES量表调查患者的自我效能,对比患者的自我管理能力、SAS、SDS评分、护理质量和结石复发率。结果研究组患者结石复发率为4.24%(5/118),明显低于对照组的14.53%(17/117),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者自我管理能力、护理质量评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于进行泌尿系结石手术的患者开展自我效能护理,能够提高患者的自我管理能力,降低结石复发率。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-efficacy nursing intervention in patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 235 patients with urinary calculi who underwent surgery in the hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the study group(118 cases) and the control group(117 cases) according to the order of admission. The control group was received routine care. Patients in the study group was given self-efficacy nursing interventions, they were given the GSES scale to investigate patients’ self-efficacy, compare patients’ self-management ability, SAS, SDS score, quality of care, and stone recurrence rate. Results The recurrence rate of urinary calculi in the study group was 4.24%(5/118), which was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.53%, 17/117), P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The self-management ability and quality of care score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group. P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant;the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing for patients underwent urinary calculi surgery can improve patients’ self-management ability and reduce the recurrence rate of urinary calculi.
