妊娠期糖尿病孕妇无痛分娩中腰-硬联合麻醉安全性探讨

Safety of Lumbar-hard Combined Anesthesia in Painless Delivery of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇无痛分娩中腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉安全性。方法选择2017年8月-2019年3月治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者48例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=24)。对照组给予患者正常自然分娩,观察组给予患者无痛分娩且在过程中进行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉。产后对孕妇综合效果进行评估,比较两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生产时的安全性以及镇痛情况。结果经一系列观察后,观察组孕妇无痛分娩中腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉安全性要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇分娩时出现的镇痛情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇无痛分娩中腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉安全性较高,可以有效降低痛级,减少孕妇出血情况,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the safety of spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in painless delivery of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 48 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated from August 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. The random number table was divided into control group(n=24) and observation group(n=24). The control group was given normal natural delivery, and the observation group was given painless delivery and spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia during the procedure. The comprehensive effect of pregnant women was evaluated after delivery, and the safety and analgesia of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were compared. Results After a series of observations, the safety of spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The analgesic condition of the pregnant women in the observation group was good during childbirth. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The painful delivery of spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes is safe, which can effectively reduce the pain level and reduce the bleeding of pregnant women. It is worthy of popularization and application.
