糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者的综合护理体会

Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨对糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者给予综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年6月在该院就诊的糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。结果观察组治疗和护理的总有效率为97.78%,并发症发生率为4.44%。对照组治疗和护理的有效率为80.00%,并发症发生率为22.22%。以上指标观察组均明显优对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者实施综合护理干预,有助于改善治疗效果,预防并发症,临床应加以推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis. Methods Ninety patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of treatment and care in the observation group was 97.78%, and the complication rate was 4.44%. The effective rate of treatment and care in the control group was 80.00%, and the complication rate was 22.22%. The above indicators were significantly better in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis can help improve the treatment effect and prevent complications, and should be promoted clinically.
