二维超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前胎儿体重的预测评价

Predictive Evaluation of Prenatal Fetal Weight in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus by Two-dimensional Ultrasound

摘要 目的研究二维超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前胎儿体重的预测评价。方法选取2015年2月-2018年2月期间收治的40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,所有的孕妇都进行二维超声检查,根据新生儿的体重将新生儿分为观察组和对照组,观察组为巨大胎儿,共计15例,对照组为正常胎儿,共计25例,对两组胎儿的各项因素指标以及生长情况进行分析,对两组胎儿的体重预测进行评价。结果观察组胎儿的AC值为(231.9±18.99)mm、LL值为(41.1±3.96)mm,明显高于对照组胎儿的AC值(214.6±17.01)mm、LL值(33.5±3.96)mm,观察组胎儿与对照组胎儿的HC、FL、BPD三项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进行F检验后,AC、LL指标对体重的预测差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在当前来看,二维超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前胎儿的AC、LL测量结合HC、FL结合BPD可以对胎儿的体重进行准确预测评估,可在临床上推广。 Objective To study the predictive evaluation of prenatal fetal weight in pregnant women with gestational diabetes by two-dimensional ultrasound. Methods 40 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as research subjects, all pregnant women. All patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasound examination. The newborns were divided into observation group and control group according to the weight of the newborn. The observation group was a huge fetus, a total of 15 cases, and the control group was a normal fetus, a total of 25 cases. Factor indicators and growth were analyzed to evaluate the body weight of the two groups of fetuses. Results The AC value of the fetus in the observation group was(231.9±18.99)mm, and the LL value was(41.1±3.96)mm, which was significantly higher than the AC value of the control group(214.6±17.01)mm and LL value(33.5±3.96) mm. There were no significant differences in the HC, FL, and BPD between the fetal group and the control group. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After the F test, the difference between the AC and LL indicators for weight was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion At present, two-dimensional ultrasound measurement of AC and LL in prenatal fetuses of pregnant women with gestational diabetes combined with HC, FL and BPD can accurately predict fetal weight, which can be promoted clinically.
