摘要
目的研究对肺癌合并糖尿病患者实施综合个体化饮食护理干预的效果。方法从2016年6月-2018年6月收治的肺癌合并糖尿病患者中抽选120例纳入该次实验,将其中病历号为单号的60例患者纳入常规组,剩余60例患者纳入饮食组,分别实施常规护理和个体化饮食护理,统计并比较两种护理方式下患者的血糖水平和营养认知度。结果护理前两组空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平、营养认知度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后饮食组空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,营养认知度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌合并糖尿病患者实施综合个体化饮食护理干预,可以提高患者营养认知度,利于患者有效控制血糖水平。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive individualized dietary nursing intervention on patients with lung cancer and diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients with lung cancer and diabetes were enrolled in this study from June2016 to June 2018. 60 patients with medical record number were included in the routine group, and the remaining 60 patients were included in the diet group, and routine nursing and individualized diet nursing were performed. And compare the blood glucose level and nutritional awareness of the two nursing methods. Results There were no significant differences in fasting and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels and nutritional awareness scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the fasting and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the diet group were lower than those in the conventional group, higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive individualized dietary nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer and diabetes can improve the nutritional awareness of patients and facilitate the effective control of blood glucose levels.
