云南是地质灾害最严重的省份之一。以信息化手段,实现地质灾害治理工程项目管理的全要素化、信息化、标准化、统一化、可视化,构建统一地质环境综合信息管理平台很有必要。地质灾害防治工程数据建库系统,应围绕地质灾害治理工程全过程展开,从资料收集、数据库设计、建库系统研发、数据库建设、专题支撑模型构建等方面进行。

Yunnan is one of the most serious geological disaster province.It is very necessary to carry out the complete elements,informatization,standardization,integration,visualization by informatization measurement and set up the platform of united geological environment comprehensive information management.The databank system of geological disaster prevent-control must be developed around the whole process of geological disaster prevent-control,such as data collection,databank design,databank study and development,databank construction,special support model construction,etc.
