合理情绪疗法对大面积烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪缓解效果分析

The Analysis of Effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy on Alleviating the Anxiety and Depression of Severe Burn Patient

目的:探讨合理情绪行为疗法对大面积烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪缓解效果分析。方法:选择60例大面积额烧伤患者,分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规护理模式和合理情绪行为疗法,经过住院期间的干预,在出院时通过焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评估两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状态。结果:对照组和观察组的一般临床资料、治疗前焦虑评分与抑郁经统计分析对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时对照组患者的SAS平均得分(57.40±6.14)分,SDS评分为(55.97±8.56)分,观察组患者的SAS得分为(53.63±6.92)分,SDS得分为(51.63±7.12)分,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大面积烧伤患者的焦虑、抑郁发生率较高,采用合理情绪行为疗法可明显降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive behavior therapy on alleviating the anxiety and depression in severe burn patient.Method 60 cases of severe burn patients in our hospital were recruited.They were divided into the control group and observation group,the control was given the routine care and the observation group was given the rational emotive behavior therapy.After the intervention during hospitalization,both groups needed to complete the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)at the time of discharge.Results There were no significant differences between the control group and the observation group in general information,SAS and SDS.The mean score of the SAS was 57.40±6.14 and the mean score of the SDS was 55.97±8.56 in control group.The mean score of the SAS was 53.63±6.92 and the mean score of the SDS was 51.63±7.12 in observation group.The scores of SAS and SDS the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidences anxiety and depression of severe burn patients were high,using rational emotive behavior therapy can significantly reduce the patient′s anxiety and depression.
