戒毒青少年心理复原力与人格、抑郁的关系

Study on the Correlation of Psychological Resilience with Personality and Depression in the Youngsters of the Institution for Compulsory Detoxification

目的探讨戒毒青少年心理复原力与人格、抑郁的关系。方法采取方便取样,在四川两所戒毒所戒毒青少年161名为研究对象,应用青少年心理复原力量表、简式艾森克人格问卷和抑郁自评量表进行调查。结果心理复原力不同维度与人格的精神质、神经质呈负相关(r=0.21~0.26,P<0.01),与内外向呈正相关(r=0.24~0.32,P<0.01);心理复原力各维度与抑郁都呈明显负相关(r=0.22~0.42,P<0.01);抑郁和精神质、神经质呈明显正相关(r=0.16、0.36,P<0.05)。结构方程模型显示神经质、情绪控制和积极认知对抑郁有直接影响,共解释37.8%的抑郁的方差变异量,神经质又通过情绪控制对抑郁有间接影响,解释了13.56%的抑郁的方差变异量。结论戒毒青少年心理复原力普遍低于中学生和普通青少年。加强情绪调节和控制,积极认知,降低神经质水平有助于改善戒毒青少年的抑郁状况。

Objective To investigate the correlation of psychological resilience with personality and depression in the youngsters of the institution for compulsory detoxification.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 161 youngsters from two compulsory rehabilitation centers of Sichuan,and the survey was conducted among those youngsters by Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-RSC and Self-rating Depression Scale.Results The dimensions of psychological resilience were negatively correlated with psychoticism and neuroticism(r=0.21~0.26,P<0.01)and positively correlated with introversion-extroversion(r=0.24~0.32,P<0.01).The dimensions of psychological resilience were negatively correlated with depression(r=0.22~0.42,P<0.01),and depression was positively correlated with psychoticism and neuroticism(r=0.16、0.36,P<0.05).The structural equation modeling revealed that neuroticism,emotional control and positive cognition had a direct impact on depression,37.8%of the variance of depression.Neuroticism had an indirect effect on depression by emotional control,accounting for 13.56%of the variance of depression.Conclusion The psychological resilience of the youngsters of the institution for compulsory detoxification is generally lower than that of the middle school students and normal adolescents.Strengthening the emotional regulation and control,enhancing the positive cognition and lowering the neuroticism level are helpful to improve the depressive status of the adolescents in the institution for compulsory detoxification.
