基于生本教育的混合式教学模式在社区护理学教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基于生本教育理念的混合式教学模式在课程社区护理学教学中的应用并对其效果进行评价。方法根据前期查阅的相关文献及当前的实际情况,初步拟定基于生本教育理念的新教学模式,对我校某年级护理学本科某教学班的社区护理学课程采用线上课堂理论教学结合线下情景模拟教学、线下基地实践汇报的方式开展新模式的教学,并在微信平台设置供学生课后进一步学习的内容,促进师生间的交流。课程结束后使用社区护士核心能力评价问卷进行评估,并评价该教学模式对培养学生社区护理核心能力的优势,同时调查学生对课程的教学满意度。结果社区护士核心能力评价得分总分为(115.48±6.62)分,与2015级护理学本科某教学班学生得分总分相比差异有统计学意义,得分前5名的条目人际沟通能力维度占2个条目,得分后5名的条目伦理法律实践能力维度占2个条目,教学满意度评价中,总体满意率80.85%。结论基于生本教育理念的混合式教学模式应用于课程社区护理学的教学中取得了较理想的效果,学生能更好地参与教学过程,有利于使其适应社会发展的需求,可继续将该模式用于该课程的教学。 Objective To explore the application of the mixed teaching mode based on the idea of student oriented education in the teaching of community nursing and to evaluate the effect.Methods According to the relevant literature reviewed in the previous period and the current actual situation,preliminary developed a new teaching mode based on the idea of student oriented education.Used theoretical knowledge teaching on line,scenario simulation off line,community health service center trainee,report of the trainee to develop the new teaching mode.At the same time,to set up content for students to further study after class on WeChat platform to promote communication between teachers and students.At the end of the course,the Community Nurses Core Competence Assessment Questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of teaching and then the students'satisfaction was investigated.Results The total score was(115.48±6.62),compared with the total score of grade 2015 students,and the difference was statistically significant.Interpersonal communication skills dimension accounted for 3 items in the top five of the scores,and ethical and legal practice abilitydimension accounted for 3 items in the last five of the scores.In the evaluation of teaching satisfaction,the overall satisfaction rate was 80.85%.Conclusion The application of the mixed teaching mode based on the idea of student oriented education in the teaching of community nursing achieved the desired effect.Students are better able to participate in the teaching process,enabling them to adapt to the needs of social development.This teaching mode can continue to be used in the course of teaching.
