中药佗僧膏外敷配合红外线照射治疗压疮临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Application of Tuosheng Ointment Combined with Infrared Radiation in the Treatment of Pressure Sore

目的中药陀僧膏外敷配合红外线照射防治压疮的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月—2014年12月在江西省武宁县中医院住院的中风压疮患者102例,将其随机分为A组(中药陀僧膏组)52例,B组(一般西药治疗常规组)50例,比较治疗总有效率,创面愈合时间,换药次数,生肌时间及治疗前后的生存状态评分进行比较。结果A组的压疮发生率低于B组,治疗总有效率高于B组,创面愈合时间及生肌时间短于B组,换药次数少于B组,且治疗后1周,2周后的生存状态的改善效果也优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药陀僧膏外敷配合红外线照射,加内服中药在预治中风患者压疮中的作用显著。

Objective To observe the clinical value of topical application of Tuosheng ointment combined with infrared radiation in the prevention and treatment of pressure sores.Methods 102 patients with pressure ulcer due to apoplexy hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into group A(traditional Chinese medicine Tuosheng ointment group)of 52 cases and group B(conventional western medicine treatment group)of 50 cases.The total effective rate,wound healing time,dressing change times,Muscle-Generating time and survival state scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in group A was lower than that in group B.The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in group B.The time of wound healing and muscle regeneration in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the times of dressing change in group A were less than that in group B.The improvement effect of survival condition after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment was also better than that in group B,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine Tuosheng ointment combined with infrared radiation and internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine play an important role in the treatment of pressure ulcers in stroke patients.
