体外冲击波碎石术后应用排石汤对泌尿系结石清除率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究体外冲击波碎石术后应用排石汤对泌尿系结石清除率的影响。方法选取江西省宜丰县人民医院在2018年1月—2019年1月接收诊治的80例泌尿系结石患者,经患者及患者家属同意后,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予排石汤进行治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.5%)明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率(85.0%),P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗满意度(93.02%)明显高于对照组患者治疗满意度(65.00%),P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者结石排出时间(14.26±6.80)d及住院时间(5.22±0.18)d情况均优于对照组患者结石排出时间(22.14±8.32)d及住院时间(9.26±1.55)d,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论体外冲击波碎石术后应用排石汤能有效提高泌尿系结石患者的治疗总有效率及患者治疗满意度,减少患者住院时间,方法安全可靠,值得被广泛推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of Paishi decoction on the clearance rate of urinary calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods The data showed that 80 patients with urinary calculi were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.With the consent of patients and their families,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Paishi decoction on the basis of the control group.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(85%)(P<0.05),and there had statistical significance.The satisfaction rate of treatment in the observation group(93.02%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.00%)(P<0.05),and there had statistical significance.The time of stone discharge(14.26±6.80)d and the length of hospitalization(5.22±0.18)d in the observation group were better than those of the control group(22.14±8.32)d and(9.26±1.55)d(P<0.05),and there had statistical significance.Conclusion Paishi decoction can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction of patients with urinary calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and reduce hospitalization time.The method is safe and reliable.It is worthy of wide application.
