中医情志护理及耳穴压豆法在术前护理中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Care and Auricular Point Pressing Method in Preoperative Nursing

目的分析常规护理联合中医情志护理及耳穴压豆法在手术室术前护理中的应用效果。方法选择薛城区中医院2014年1月—2018年12月收治的136例手术治疗者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理及耳穴压豆法,对比2组护理疗效。结果观察组护理满意度95.59%明显高于对照组(χ^2=13.0873,P<0.05)。干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(41.27±1.63)分、(42.78±1.98)分,均明显低于对照组,P<0.05(t=11.3994,19.3847)。结论常规护理联合中医情志护理及耳穴压豆法在手术室术前护理中有较好的疗效,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application effect of routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing care and auricular acupoint pressing method in preoperative nursing of operating room.Methods 136 surgical treatment patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and auricular point pressing method on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=13.0873,P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(41.27±1.63)and(42.78±1.98),respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the control group P<0.05(t=11.3994,19.38847).Conclusion Conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and auricular point pressing method has a good curative effect in preoperative nursing in the operating room,which is worth referencing.
