敷胸散治疗小儿肺炎临床观察及护理研究

Clinical Observation and Nursing Research on Fuxiong Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的探讨敷胸散治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察及护理方法。方法98例儿童肺炎患者随机分为试验组49例,对照组49例,所有患儿均进行基础治疗,对照组进行小儿常规护理。试验组在对照组基础上进行敷胸散外敷治疗及护理。比较2组患儿临床疗效、症状体征改善时间、安全性评估。结果试验组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿发热持续、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿啰音、气促时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发生2例不良反应,均为3级不良反应,经积极处置后可继续治疗。结论敷胸散治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the curative effect observation and nursing method of applying Fuxiong powder in treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods Ninety-eight children with pneumonia were randomly divided into the experimental group of 49 cases and the control group of 49 cases.The control group received routine nursing care.The experimental group received Fuxiong powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of symptoms and signs,and safety assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of fever,cough,sputum cough,lung rumbling and shortness of breath in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Two cases of adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group,all of which were grade 3 adverse reactions.Conclusion Applying Fuxiong powder in the treatmrnt of infantile pneumonia has definite clinical effect,less adverse reaction and higher safety.
