推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的进展

Progress of Massage Manipulation in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的观察总结近五年推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究进展,以期为临床医生选择神经根型颈椎病的疗法提供依据。方法检索知网、万方、维普等数据库2013—2018年关于推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的相关文献,分别从推拿对神经根型颈椎病的治疗机制、推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效2个方面进行探讨。结果推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病在临床中取得了很好的疗效,在实际操作中手法多样,不良反应小,可以根据患者实际情况灵活选择不同方法。结论推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,值得广泛应用于临床治疗当中。

Objective To observe and summarize the clinical research progress of massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in recent five years,in order to provide the basis for clinicians to choose the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Retrieval of related literatures on massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from 2013 to 2018 in CNKI,CSPD and VIP databases was carried out.The therapeutic mechanism of massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the clinical effect of massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were discussed.Results Massage treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has achieved good clinical results.In practice,the manipulation is varied and the side effects are small,so different methods can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation of patients.Conclusion Massage manipulation treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical treatment.
