摘要 临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨对临床轮训带教质量提出了更高要求。针对目前专业学位研究生临床轮训存在的问题,制定一种科学、合理、易实施的针对教、学双方的双向精准评价临床带教模式,符合形成性评价理念,有助于促进带教老师持续改进教学形式和内容,教师、学生双方针对自身薄弱环节进行精准提高。 The combination of master's degree in clinical medicine training and resident standardized training puts forward higher requirements for the quality of clinical rotational training.In view of the existing problems in clinical rotation training for master's degree in clinical medicine,a scientific,reasonable and easy-to-implement two-way precise evaluation clinical teaching mode for both teaching and learning sides is formulated,which conforms to the concept of formative evaluation and helps to promote the continuous improvement of teaching form and content by teachers and students.Both teachers and students should improve their own weak links accurately.
