薏苡总苞质地性状的遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 为薏苡分类、驯化和遗传改良提供理论依据,选取4份薏苡材料为双亲构建4个杂交组合,采用目测统计和χ^2检验方法分析不同杂交组合F1、F2代的总苞质地性状及其遗传规律。结果表明:薏苡总苞质地珐琅质相对于甲壳质为显性,F2群体植株总苞质地性状珐琅质与甲壳质的分离比为3∶1。说明,珐琅质总苞由1对等位基因控制,属于单基因显性遗传,可作为薏苡遗传改良的标记性状。 In order to provide theoretical basis for classification,domestication and genetic improvement of Coix lacryma-jobi,four C.lacryma-jobi materials were selected as parents to construct four hybrid combinations.The characters and inheritance of involucre textures in F1 and F2 generations of different hybrid combinations were analyzed by visual statistics andχ^2 test.Results:Involucre texture enamel was dominant compared with chitin,and the separation ratio of enamel and chitin in F2 population was 3∶1,indicating that enamel involucre was controlled by apair of alleles and belonged to single gene dominant inheritance,which could be used as a marker trait for genetic improvement of C.lacryma-jobi.
