丁香干燥花的制作工艺

Manufacturing Process of Syringa oblate as Pressed-Dried Flower

为保证丁香干燥花的观赏价值,以新鲜丁香花为材料,设不同浓度的染色剂和染色时间对丁香花进行染色,采用3种保色剂和5种干燥方法处理后置于阳光下进行保色效果观察。结果表明:丁香干燥花的最佳制作工艺为10%亮蓝染液染色2h,16%的柠檬酸+9%硫酸铝+12%蔗糖处理4h,鲜花干燥剂+微波炉处理进行干燥,该条件下的丁香干燥花花色泽艳丽,质地较好,在阳光下照射可保色5个月。

To ensure the ornamental value of Syringa oblate,fresh S.oblate were stained with different concentrations of dye and dyeing time,the color-preserving effect was observed in the sunlight after treated with three kinds of color-retaining agents and five kinds of drying methods.Results:The optimum process of S.oblate dried flower was 10% bright blue dye dyeing for 2 h,16% citric acid+9%aluminum sulfate+12% sucrose treatment for 4 h,and dried with flower desiccant and microwave oven.Under these conditions,the S.oblate dried flowers had bright color and good texture,and the color could be preserved for 5 months by irradiation in the sun.
