摘要
通过先水热合成,再煅烧的方法在泡沫镍表面原位生长了两种不同形貌的NiCo2O4阵列.分别对它们进行了X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),循环伏安(CV)和恒电流充放电(GCD)等测试.结果显示,样品为纯相的NiCo2O4,在泡沫镍表面生长饱满且形貌均匀.同时,制备样品电化学性能测试显示:水热反应的混合溶液中乙醇和水的比例为16条件下制备的样品在电流密度为3 mA/cm^2的条件下,面积比电容达到1.57 F/cm^2;混合溶液中乙醇和水的比例为34条件下制备的样品在电流密度为3 mA/cm 2的条件下,面积比电容达到1.28 F/cm^2.实验合成的样品倍率性较为良好.
NiCo2O4 arrays with two different morphologies were synthesized on nickel foam through a hydrothermal method followed by a calcination process.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD)experiments were carried out to them respectively.Results show that the samples are pure NiCo 2O 4,cover fully on the surface of Ni foam and morphologies uniformity.Moreover,the electrochemical measurements indicate:the sample synthesized with hydrothermal solution ratio of alcohol to water is 16,exhibited an areal specific capacitance as high as 1.57 F/cm^2 at a current density of 3 mA/cm^2;the sample synthesized with hydrothermal solution ratio of alcohol to water is 34,exhibited an areal specific capacitance as high as 1.28 F/cm^2 at a current density of 3 mA/cm^2.Furthermore,the sample synthesized in this paper shows robust rate capability.
