摘要
采用气力对特殊环境下的粉体进行输送具有重要意义,根据运行现场的实际情况,设计气力输送系统.在充分利用现场制粉系统本身负压的前提下,对输煤系统管道内煤粉气流的流动状态进行一定优化.例如:在管道内设置增压风和弯管部分增设导叶等方法,达到减少输送阻力和提高分离效率的目的.同时,此设计方案可以大大降低劳动力的使用,一定程度上可以减少由于人工操作所带来的环境污染、煤粉损失大及粉尘爆炸的风险.
It is of great importance to use pneumatic conveying system in some special situations,according to the existing field condition,the new conveying system was designed.Taking advantage of negative pressure of the system and optimizing of coal-air flow in the tube.For example,the method of setting pressurizing wind in the pipeline and adding guide vane in the bend part can reduce the conveying resistance and improve the separation efficiency.At the same time,this design scheme can greatly reduce the use of labor force,to a certain extent,can reduce the risk of pollution environment,pulverized coal loss and dust explosion caused by manual operation.
